The military road, tarmac paved, is a good climbing training track from almost sea-level (7 m) to 249 meters and offers magnificent views of the Strait of Gibraltar, Africa and the bay of Algeciras, with ramps up quite strong (10%).  After the first descent, a curious construction to prevent overlooking, constructed during the second world war.
