This is a really nice bike day trip. If you like to bike new trails in pure nature and enjoy the best seafood than Barbate is a fine optiman. The mtb route through the swamps and woods of Natural Park La Breña is beautiful, challenging with some amazing views over the Atlantic Ocean.

We recommend Cerveceria Restaurante 6 Grifos (Start and finish point). It is located in a cute little plazuela with a nice terrace, excellent food, friendly service, easy and safe parking.

Calle General Queipo de Llano. If you come from Zahara de los Atunes to Barbate, over the bridge first street to the left.
